Exciting times ahead for us!!!!

Our new family member who'll be joining us in June!!!

IT'S A BOY!!!

(19 weeks, 2 days)

We are very excited & have been loving going to the shops to buy him lots of clothing & other accessories!!!

Plenty of kicks & movements have been felt by not only me, but hubby & son also!

Yes, we have a name picked out for our new little man, but for now it's a SECRET!!!

So, all will be revealed in good time!

New addition!!!

Exciting news here at GoodiesGaloreByKel...

In June 2015, we are expecting a new family member!!
We are all so very excited!

It was awesome to have heard the heart beat yesterday!
My son and hubby were both also there for the experience and it was very special!!
Bub was very active, and took ages to turn over for a better view; but we got there in the end and saw bub even wave to us at one stage!
Est due date is: 23rd June 2015

Something new :)

The other day, I started to make something very new & quite out of my comfort zone when it comes to sewing...

 

But I am VERY determined to complete it with major success!

 

I shall not say (just yet) what it is, but in a little while all will be revealed!

(some of you may have an idea at what it is going to be)

 

I can however, show you a sneak peek photo (shown below) ...

I am quite excited with this project and am hoping to have it fully completed in a few days time!

As it's an item I have 'never' made before, I am already thinking that there maybe some moments of frustration, upset, lots of unpicking, etc. Fingers crossed though that I pull this off without any mistakes!

 

If all goes well; I am going to offer them for sale "custom made or ready made" in my shop!

so, keep an eye out for them appearing there!

Or... of course, you can order them via email in colours of your choice!

Pencil scrolls

A great new item that's recently been added to my production line is ...

Pencil/iPod/notepad scrolls!

 

They can be made custom to suit your colour preference and also to suit what you'd like to have inside them!

With velcro closure, they can either be rolled up or folded up however you'd like!

These are now available for purchase in my shop; and all you have to do when going through checkout is leave me a message letting me know of the colours you'd like it made from! (& whether you'd like a name sewn on the front)

or, if you like.. you can send me a separate email with the information about the colours, name etc.

End of an era...

I just 'officially' closed my old facebook page down (SockMonkeysByKel) ...
was more difficult than I thought it was going to be actually, but it's now been unpublished and deleted!

here goes a brand new era starting *OFFICIALLY* with GoodiesGaloreByKel!

Looking very forward to what the future is going to bring; along with lots of new products I'm planning to make and/or have available for custom made on my production line :)

 

I'm due to VERY SOON receive my new business cards also; and I'm looking very forward to that happening; it will make it all feel alot more real when they do arrive!!

My Gorgeous Dog Sasha

I just had to share this funny short video of my puppy Sasha!

She loves her ball with a bell in it; and isn't very fond of water, however... she's starting to gradually get a love of water!

I mean; what Labrador doesn't like water? (apart from my dog) lol

Anyhow, she surprised us big time when her ball was put in full bucket of water and she wanted it 'big time'.

 I really enjoy making buntings, they take a very long time to make; as I hand cut each letter of name out after free-hand drawing it onto fabric, cut out triangles, stick letters to triangles, then sew together!
